First you need to get adobe flash. Then go to the flash tutorials page and watch some tutorials then experiment with flash.

If you're having a hard in drawing, you can try sticks or sprites. My first flash is a sprite flash though

my problem is getting adobe flash.. still i have photoshop but its hard to use
